PS. Valentines Day existed way before the creation of Halmark, therefore I embrace it with open arms…
and an open mouth. C’mere, cookies.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (makes about 2 dozen cookies)
adapted from Jessica
1 1/4 C all purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/8 t salt
1 t vanilla
3/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1 egg
1/2 C PB
1 C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Place spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Then, enjoy.
